Rechart brings executive perspective and hands-on leadership to that work. I founded it to help organizations navigate growth, change, and complex initiatives with an approach shaped to the situation at hand.
Meet the Founder
Jennifer Bierman, Founder & Principal
I’ve spent my career leading across consulting and technology services, with responsibility for growth, operations, delivery, and client relationships. My roles at Accenture, Slalom, Crossfuze, Gainwell Technologies and SimplifyX have put me alongside leadership teams facing different versions of the same question: What needs to change, and how do we make it happen?
That work has ranged from strengthening how businesses grow and operate to improving client outcomes and leading teams through change. It has taught me to connect strategy with the practical realities of people, processes, customers, and financial performance.
I don’t arrive with a prescribed answer. I start by understanding the business, the mandate, and what is already working. Then I help leaders identify the decisions that matter most, align the people who need to make them, and move the work forward.
Some situations call for an outside perspective. Others need an executive to lead through a transition or take ownership of a critical initiative. The role, pace, and priorities should fit the need.
My approach is consistent even when the work differs: see what is true, act where it counts, and make progress visible.
